About Us
Caddo Builders was formed in 2019 to execute on the expansion of a new office concept, Caddo Office Reimagined. These expansion efforts include site selection, entitlements, permitting, financing, design, construction, and delivery. Caddo Office Reimagined has been successful in expanding to ten locations in the DFW Metroplex through existing renovations, new ground up construction and acquisitions.

David Barret
Managing Partner
David has been with Caddo since 2019. Previously, he spent 12 years as a Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Construction Manager for various remodels and ground up projects. Types of projects have included office, retail, restaurant, medical and schools. David has worked with Owners, Developers, City Officials and Retailers to complete projects on time and in budget.
Justin Engler
Managing Partner
Justin was a founding member of Caddo in 2009 and has been the visionary of the company since inception. During the expansion of Caddo to the Coworking and Executive Office model, he provided the leadership to form Caddo Builders in 2019. Working hand in hand with the team, he has been instrumental in site selection, real estate negotiations and financing for Caddo Office Reimagined. Justin brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate world to help Caddo Builders be a valuable asset to our clients.
Paul Albert
Project Manager
Paul has been with Caddo since 2011 and has 30+ years working in the commercial real estate industry as a regional building engineer, property manager, and vice president of facility involving new industrial and office acquisitions due diligence, large commercial renovations, interior office build out, and ground up multifamily.
Kyle Morganthaler
Project Manager
Kyle has been with Caddo Builders since 2023 and 20+ years working in construction in the DFW metroplex. Projects have included retail finishout, commercial ground up, K-12 projects and custom-build and design-build work with special clients. Kyle heads up Caddo’s in the field construction and special projects.
